The Total Landscape Care concept was developed to maintain your entire landscape.  We’ve designed our programs to be results oriented, while offering a great value.  You will SAVE 10% per year, and receive additional free services when you bundle Turf Care and Bed Maintenance.  We have eliminated the need to hire several different companies.  When you hire B. Rushing, we take full accountability of your landscape and guarantee results.  Our unique concept saves you time and money by consolidating which produces better results.  We’re on your property weekly, from April-October so we can stay on top of your landscape.  Our primary focus is on Total Landscape Care. Bed Maintenance

Our unique bed maintenance program was designed to maintain all your plants and landscape beds, keeping them manicured and healthy year-round. We begin the season, by edging and defining tree rings and beds and installing mulch. Under the mulch, we apply a pre-emergent application to help suppress weed growth. Throughout the growing months, we make regular visits to remove weeds and trim and prune your plants at the optimum times.

Pre Season Clean-up - One visit will include a general clean up of leaves, twigs and debris on designated areas.  This service will prepare your property to begin maintenance services for the year.  For clients that are scheduled for Bed Maintenance services, they will have perennials, grasses and deciduous plant material cut back prior to new growth emerging for proper health and appearance.  All debris will be removed from the property.  Debris from natural and wooded areas will be returned to those areas.


Gutter Cleaning - Gutters will be cleared of debris, flushed with water and debris will be removed from the property.  Gutter areas must be safely accessible and have access to a hose and water.  Gutter repairs and problems with leaders (downspout) and underground pipes is NOT covered under this plan.  2 visit plan (spring, fall), 4-visit plan (spring, summer, fall, winter).


 Snow/Ice Removal 24/7 - Snow and Ice removal service is provided 24 hours, 7 days per week.  Service includes removing 2” or more of snow and ice from all hard surfaces and applying an ice-melting product.  Prices are quoted on an annual basis.

Plant Health Care (IPM program for disease and insect control) - This plan focus’s on scouting plants for issues, then treating the plants before a major outbreak.  Problems will be treated as necessary.  Insect, disease problems are covered under this plan.

Annual Flower Installation - Summer and fall annual flowers will be installed with 1 Gallon plant material, and Flowers will be installed in June and October. The soil will be cultivated, fertilized and mulched.
