After the project has been installed, we can maintain your landscape to ensure plant health, longevity and overall landscape appearance. | Design Process |
Our Certified Landscape Designers are degreed professionals that will work with you to create your dream and make it a reality. To schedule an in home Landscape Consultation there is a $100 Landscape Consultation Fee. During the consultation our Landscape Consultant will discuss ideas, concepts and preliminary costs of the project. We find the initial consultation works best when you have ideas and a preliminary budget in mind. Design fees for an average project will range from $100-$1000, depending on the scope of the project. Our designs will include a color rendered design, drawn to scale with an itemized cost proposal. Please note: We are a Design/Build landscape company. We design projects solely with the intent to install the project. Projects can be installed in phases or all at once. Our Landscape Designer will act as both the designer and on site project manager. Any questions or concerns can be handled directly with one point of contact.
Projects always include an itemized cost proposal, detailed contract and written guarantees to ensure peace of mind throughout the entire process. When you decide to proceed with the project, the design fees will be credited toward your project. |

| Building Process |
 We make the building phase as smooth and worry free as possible. Once we have a signed contract and deposit, we begin the building process.
- Utilities are contacted for Miss Utility marking
- Plants and materials are ordered.
- Our staff will be in contact to give you an exact start and completion date. We will update you with any changes along the way, so there are no surprises.
- Our crews are briefed about the project and design before ever going to the job, so they are familiar with the site.
- Our trained installation crews will arrive prepared and ready to begin the project. Once we begin the project, we commit to you until the project is complete.
- Upon completion we call you for a Q.A.R. (Quality Assurance Report) with the homeowner. We want our clients to be 100% satisfied before we invoice you for the balance of the project.

After the project is complete, we are available for questions, recommendations and suggestions at any time through email, phone or in person.

Total Landscape Care
 The Total Landscape Care concept was developed to maintain your entire landscape. We've designed our programs to be results oriented, while offering a great value. You will SAVE 10% per year, and receive additional free services when you bundle Turf Care and Bed Maintenance. We have eliminated the need to hire several different companies. When you hire B. Rushing, we take full accountability of your landscape and guarantee results. Our unique concept saves you time and money by consolidating and produces better results. We're on your property weekly, from April-October so we can stay on top of your landscape. Our primary focus is on Total Landscape Care. However, we will custom tailor a program to meet your needs and budget (Turf Care only or Bed Maintenance only). Call today to schedule a consultation.
