A: Our services are designed for the detailed and discerning homeowner who wants a beautifully maintained landscape at a great price. We manage all the required services and become accountable for all your landscape services and guarantee the RESULTS. You will no longer have to manage and coordinate different companies and wonder who is accountable for what. As a bonus you will also save up to 15% when you bundle services
Q: Can you just drive by and leave an estimate at my house, without me being home?
A: NO. We want you to be totally satisfied with choosing the right landscape company for your property. We feel this can only be done with our clients in person. During the appointment we will review our services, terms and conditions and discuss problem areas on your landscape to ensure a successful long-term relationship. We will arrive on the designated time and date and be respective of your time. Most appointments take 30-60 minutes depending of the scope of the work.
Q: Can I install my project in phases?
A: YES. Installing a project in phases can certainly be done with many projects. Some projects may not allow for phases and other projects it may be very logical and still very affordable. Our landscape consultant will discuss the best solutions to installing your project. Keep in mind you will save money by installing the project all at one time.
Q: Why Total Landscape Care, all I need is one service?
A: Total Landscape Care is designed for the detailed and discerning homeowner who wants a beautifully maintained landscape at a great price. We manage all the required services and become accountable for all your landscape services. You will no longer have to manage and coordinate different companies and wonder who is accountable for what. As a bonus you will also save 10% when you bundle both services.
Q: Can I choose the weekday you provide service?
A: NO. To keep costs down for our clients we design our routes efficiently, based on the locations of our clients. All of our services are scheduled under this same plan.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: YES. American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We also accept checks for landscape projects. Our annual maintenance services are billed on a credit card monthly...we make paying easy.
Q: Do your crew leaders speak English?
A: YES. All crew leaders that run a job or manage their maintenance team speak English. Keep in mind, many of our team member's second language is English. However, they will always be eager to help or answer any questions about your project. Very specific questions, procedures or contract issues are best handled by the landscape consultant or by our administrative staff in the office.
