Locate your plat prior to your appointment. Do not shrink or re-size, this changes the scale of the document. This document is usually found in your settlement documents and has all the lot and house dimensions. If you cannot find, and live in Fairfax County call (703) 222-1082. They have most plats on file. |

We need your “Landscape Design Questionnaire” form and “Plat” for this appointment. You will then meet with our Landscape Consultant in your home and discuss the project in person and go over your “Landscape Design Questionnaire” form. During this meeting we will walk your property to discuss ideas, concepts and develop preliminary budgets of the project. We will also schedule a design and proposal presentation appointment before we leave. |

If the project requires a design our Landscape Designer will visit your property to perform a site evaluation. |

Begin the designing phase and put together a complete cost proposal. |

Meet to present and review the design and cost proposal. At this time, if you’re pleased with the design and cost proposal we can begin the contract process. If there are any design changes we will make changes and present them with a revised proposal at another meeting. |

When we receive the contract and deposit you will be added to our schedule on a first come first serve basis. |
